William Frank does not wish to serve again. Mr. Brienza does desire to serve another three-year term. The Florida Statutes pertaining to Code Enforcement Boards states that, whenever possible, certain occupations will be included on the Code Enforcement Board. William Frank was Tequesta's appointee that covered the occupational category of realtor. It has been Tequesta's practice to appoint alternate members to regular member openings. However, neither of the current alternate members are realtors and the Village is in possession of an application to the Code Enforcement Board from Michelle Delany Tumlin who resides in Tequesta Country Club and is a licensed real estate broker. Based upon the foregoing, I would recommend that IPaul Brienza be reappointed to the Code Enforcement Board for a three-year term expiring on September 29, 1995. Additionally, it is recommended that Ms. Michelle Delany Tumlin be appointed to a three-year term on the • Board, also expiring on September 29, 1995. Ms. Tumlin's application is attached for your review.
