Bradford, Village Manager DATE: September 3, 1992 SUBJECT: Board of Adjustment Appointment; Alternate Member; Agenda Item As you know, this past June the Village Council appointed Ed Nelson to the Board of Adjustment to fill the unexpired term of John Turner, who resigned. This caused an opening for an alternate member to the Board of Adjustment. The membership of the Board of Adjustment is as follows: REGULAR MEMBER SUBDIVISION 1 ) Al DeMott Tequesta Country Club 2 ) Bill Kirkland Country Club Point 3 ) Kenneth Northamer . Country Club Point 4) James Van Wagner Tequesta Country Club 5) Edwin J. Nelson Riverside on the Loxahatchee ALTERNATE MEMBER SUBDIVISION 1 ) Bob Friemark Bayview Terrace 2) Unfilled Attached are copies of the three applications that we have for the Board of Adjustment. It would seem appropriate to appoint someone from Tequesta Pines since that subdivision is not represented on the Board of Adjustment. Dr. Kuonen does not desire to serve as an alternate member, therefore, I would recommend that the Village Council consider appointing Ray Schauer as an alternate member to the Board for a two-year term expiring on September 11, 1994.
