Ladd, Building Official DATE: July 29, 1992 SUBJECT: Petition for Special Exception Use Accessory Pre-School Facility The Church of the Good Shepherd 400 Seabrook Road, Tequesta Per the requirements of the special exception use section of the Zoning Code, I hereby submit my comments and recommendation to the Village Council with regard to the above subject petition as follows: 1. The special exception use ( accessory pre-school facility) that the Church is seeking approval for is a use that currently exists at other Tequesta churches and is a use that has received favorable acceptance throughout Palm Beach County. 2. The applicant is aware of the Health Department regulations regarding this use and has made application for approval by the Palm Beach County Health Unit. • 3. The applicant has assured the Village that they will comply with all the various regulatory agencies requirements and safeguards for the operation of this special exception use (accessory pre-school facility) .
