O Memorandum to Village Council Regarding Village Manager Vacation. O Letter. to Geoffrey Goldsbury Regarding his Eagle Scout Achievement. O Letter to Glenn J. Krabec, Eagle Scout Coordinator, Troop 740, Regarding the Geoffrey Goldsbury Achievement of Eagle Scout. O Letter to Lee R. Evett, Town Manager, Town of. Jupiter, `Regarding the North County Education Committee; Tequesta Village Council Appointments. O Letter to Victor Strahan Informing of his Reappointment to the Community Appearance Board. The following actions occurred: a) Requested the Building Official to determine whether Village Building Codes have to be amended prior to January 26, 1993, to comply with the accessibility requirements of the ADA. • b) Requested the Chief of Police to prepare a graph plotting two years of overtime against two years vacation time. Inquired of Chief Roderick as to the status of his unincorporated Palm Beach County Police Services Report. f) Instructed the Finance Director to review the hand check policy. g) Reviewed office procedures with the Building Official. h) Requested Mr. Ladd to review the ADA Transition Plan and necessary departmental actions. i) Requested the Finance Director to review telephone invoice payment procedures. j ) Inquired of Mr. Ladd as to the status of the annexation of Coral Cove Park and Property 512. k) Reminded Mr. Hall of the South Florida Water Management District Permit requirement for water conservation actions submittal. 1 ) Discussed with all Departments the disposition of surplus . property. m) Discussed with all Departments budget analysis requirements prior to September Public Hearings. n) Reviewed Capital Improvement Program Fund amendments with the Director of Public Works regarding the County Line sign and the Seabrook paving. b) Reminded the Director of Finance of the necessary computer program changes to effect new water rates. p) Reviewed with Mr. Preston the Tree City plan with the CAB per Ordinance 437. • Village Manager' s Report July 20 - August 7, 1992 Page 3 - q) Requested all Departments to prepare a capital project schedule by September 1 for Capital Projects FY 93. r) Requested Mr. Hall to notify Jupiter-Martin Associates of water increase. s) Requested Mr. Preston to look at possible improvements at the intersection of North Dover and Seabrook Road. t) Requested Mr. Preston to review curb radius improvements at driveways of County Line Plaza and Village Boulevard. u) Requested Chief of Police to order video cameras for two new vehicles forthcoming. v) Requested the Chief of Police to review the child safety seat law. w) Inquired as to the status of the Water System map with well sites requested by the Village Council with Mr. Hall. x) Reviewed Village payment procedures with all Departments. • O Letter to Lee Evett, Town Manager, Town of Jupiter, Regarding Use of the Jupiter Civic Center at Carlin Park for the Employee Summer Beach Party.
