0 Staff Meeting at 2:30 P.M. The following actions occurred:
a) Mr. Ladd was requested to provide an update on the
preparation of a Village of Tequesta Developer' s Agreement
format.
b) The review and approval process for the Tequesta Branch
Library was reviewed with Mr. Ladd.
c ) Mr. Ladd was questioned as to the Community Appearance Board
interest in establishing an architectural theme for the
Village.
d) Mr. Kascavelis was instructed to proceed with researching
viable firms to analyze financial feasibility of commercial
property acquisition.

Project and the Girl Scout Easement.
0 Staff Meeting at 2:30 P.M. The following actions occurred:
a) Instructed Mr. Hall to prepare a sound program for meeting
the target minimum daily average water consumption from the
Town of Jupiter pursuant to the Bulk Rate Agreement,
assuming certain Village well production capabilities,
including down time and the limitations imposed for each
well per the South Florida Water Management District
Allocation Permit.
b) Asked Mr. Ladd if he had answered Palm Beach County' s
specific questions pertaining to the library.
c) Instructed Mr. Ladd to develop a way to update the
occupational license data base by virtue of new annual
information received from the Florida League of Cities
pursuant to the Village ' s insurance company Agreement.
d) Requested Chief Roderick to prepare a graph which will plot
citation revenue and plot citation production for the
previous twenty-four ( 24) months.
e) .Requested Ms. Manganiello to review the process for updating
the newsletter mailing list whenever new construction occurs
within the Water System service area.
f) Requested Mr. Ladd to conduct a Tequesta facilities analysis
pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act (Transition
Plan) prior to Friday, July 17.
g) Reminded Mr. Kascavelis of the necessary budget amendments
to accomodate the acquisition of land for the library.
h) Inquired of Mr. Ladd as to the status of Mr. Dover'.s review
of the Van Brock proposal within the Master Plan pursuant to
the Village Council request.
i ) Requested Mr. Ladd to provide an update on the annexation of
Coral. Cove Park North and Property 512.
j ) Reminded Mr. Kascavelis of the need to review the financial
viability of commercial land.

k) Requested Mr. Ladd to prepare a list of all Village property
owners abutting Country Club Drive right-of-way, with other
necessary data to determine the cost of ENCON sewer hook-up
for such properties.
1 ) Mr. Preston reported that the YMCA Summer Camp registration
had risen to an enrollment of twenty-five (25) .
m) Mr. Preston updated staff on procedures relative to weight
analysis for the Tequesta Bridge.
