BRADFORD, Village Manager, who, at the direction of the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, on behalf of the TEQUESTA WATER DEPARTMENT, a corporation existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, and having its principal place of business at 357 Tequesta -Drive, Tequesta, Florida, 33469, first party, to THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, whose post office address is P.O.
