O Memorandum to Bill C. Kascavelis, Finance Director, Attaching Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-MISC, "Statement For Recipients of Miscellaneous Income" for Tax Year 1991 . O Memorandum to All Village Employees Informing of the American Cancer Society 1992 Florida Golf Card. O The Code Enforcement Board Held a Meeting at 7:30 P.M. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. 0 Administration and Finance Budget Review Held in Village Hall Conference Room. O Staff Meeting at 2:30 P.M. The following actions occurred: a) Requested Mr. Hall to develop a well draw down program to monitor the productivity of each specific operational well. b) Requested Mr. Hall to conduct a survey on the manpower within the other pumping and storage divisions of other water departments for comparison purposes. c) Requested Mr. Ladd to review the Department of Community Development procedures in the review of landscaping proposals for projects. d) Instructed Mr. Hall to secure his hand-held meters prior to the conclusion to FY 1992. e) Instructed Mr. Preston to inquire as to the willingness of the Gallery Square South property owner to have the Village finance/assess the private property work needed there to proceed with the Seabrook and Tequesta Drive intersections necessary for the provision of new traffic signals at that location. f) Asked Mr. Ladd if he had received a list of marketing firms from consultants working on the Incremental Growth District Ordinance for the Master Plan. g) Inquired of Mr. Ladd as to the status of the previous request for sketches and plans for the type of residential units proposed within the Master Plan in order to further determine the marketability of the same. , Village Manager' s Report May 18 - June 12, 1992 Page 5 - h) Informed Mr. Preston of the need to increase his budget for projected water rate increase and/or convert irrigation systems to well water. i ) Requested Mr. Hall to ask Village Water Consultants to determine feasibility of developing a municipal water rate equal to the blended cost of producing water in recognition of the Village of Tequesta ownership of the Tequesta Water Department. j ) Inquired of the Chief of Police as to the status of his requested unincorporated Palm Beach County Police Services Proposal . k) Reminded Mr. Kascavelis of the need to conduct a Finance and Administration Committee Meeting to review bonding scenarios and his recommendations. 1 ) Requested Mr. Preston to secure a landscape architect cost proposal for improving that area leased by the Village of Tequesta from the FEC Railroad adjacent to Tequesta Drive. m) Requested Mr. Ladd to provide a status report relative to _ updating his various departmental maps. n) Requested Mr. Ladd and Chief Roderick to provide a memorandum explaining the Code Enforcement Program utilizing police officers, including a schedule for the training courses to be taken by the police officers so that the Village Council may have the benefit of the written proposal and that it can be further explained in the Village Newsletter to our citizens. o) Requested Mr. Hall to prepare a bid tabulation sheet for the bidders on the Well 24 Project scheduled for bid award on June 18. p) Inquired of Mr. Ladd as to the status of his assigned zoning ordinance amendment task desired for first reading by the Village Council on June 18.
