During this reporting period, there were 577 recorded phone
calls to the Village Manager' s Office and 143 citizen
inquiries at the lobby counter.
O Letter to Bill Horton, a Little Club Resident, Attaching a Copy
of the Connector Road Cross-Section.
O Memorandum to Thomas C. Hall, Water System Manager, Regarding
the Connector Road.
O Staff Meeting at 2:30 P.M. The following actions occurred:
a) Requested Mr. Ladd to provide an update on the status of the
requested analysis for parking requirements for businesses
on south Cypress Drive.
b) Inquired as to the status of Mr. Ladd' s mapping project
budgeted for this fiscal year.
c) Reminded Mr. Kascavelis of the requested budget calendar,
financial projection and property value forecasts reports.
d) Reviewed preliminary JTJC parking lot plans with Gary
Preston.
e) Instructed Mr. Preston to apply fertilizer and weed control
applications within the parkways of Tequesta Drive.
f ) Inquired of Mr. Ladd as to the whereabouts of his purchased
Southern Building Code Congress Institute Inspection Module
Program.
g) Inquired as to the status of Mrs. Manganiello' s computer
purchase, laser printer purchase and standardized Word
Perfect Program.
h) Requested a status report on the entrance sign at Beach Road
from Mrs. Manganiello. .
i ) Requested Mr. Preston to provide a status report on the
crosswalk request of Tequesta Country Club on Country Club
Drive.

insurance policies to check for civil rights coverage in
light of the forthcoming Americans With Disabilities Act.

and Engineers regarding the Well Sites and Water Main
Easements for the Well 25,. 26 and 27 Project.
c) Mr. Kascavelis was reminded of the requested budget
calendar, tax value and budget projection reports.
d) Mr. Hall was instructed to take whatever action necessary to
secure the outstanding DER Permit for the Village Wells
Project.
