O Attended Board of Director Meeting; North County Ambulance
O Letter to Scott Herring, P.E. , Martin County Transportation and
Planning Department Requesting Information Pertaining to Any
Interlocal Agreements Pertaining to Roadways Between Martin
County and Palm Beach County.

O Memorandum to Carl R. Roderick, Chief of Police, Regarding Anti-

a) Instructed Ladd to move forward with Workshop No. 1 on the
Master Plan.
b) All Departments were instructed to submit surplus vehicles

c) Requested Preston provide update and cost estimate for Dover
Ditch.
d) Instructed Ladd to follow-up on the status of pot-hole
complaint at Tequesta Plaza.
e) Requested Roderick to report status of a report on police
officer activity in code enforcement areas.
f) Instructed Hall to expedite preparation of ordinance banning
sprinkling from 9 :00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
g) Instructed Preston to begin survey and title search at
southeast corner of U.S. Highway One and Waterway Road.

O Memorandum to Village Council Regarding a Joint Meeting with
Jupiter Town Council; List of Issues.
O Memorandum to Thomas C. Hall, Water System Manager, Regarding
the 2. 0 MG Storage Tank Project; Crom Corporation; Notice of
Non-Payment.
O Attended a Meeting with Gail Nelson, Town Manager, Town of Juno
Beach.
O A Staff Meeting was Held at 2:30 P.M. The following actions
occurred:
a) Hall instructed to check into and report on the status of
well site property review and the DER Permit.
b) Preston instructed to move forward with plan to upgrade
intersection of Seabrook and Tequesta Drive to accommodate
traffic signal work.
c) Preston instructed to work with engineer to review condition
of Country Club Drive to determine if the designation of the
road can be downgraded relative to size and/or weight of
vehicles using same.
d) Requested Roderick to review bridge weight limit issues
relative to South Martin County.
e) Instructed Hall to proceed with water main painting as
budgeted, seeking alternate bids.
