The following actions occurred: a) Hall instructed to check into and report on the status of well site property review and the DER Permit. b) Preston instructed to move forward with plan to upgrade intersection of Seabrook and Tequesta Drive to accommodate traffic signal work. c) Preston instructed to work with engineer to review condition of Country Club Drive to determine if the designation of the road can be downgraded relative to size and/or weight of vehicles using same. d) Requested Roderick to review bridge weight limit issues relative to South Martin County. e) Instructed Hall to proceed with water main painting as budgeted, seeking alternate bids.
