SUBJECT: Community Appearance Board Project Review
PROJECT: Brokers III Realty
101 Bridge Road ( Barnett Bank Building)
Proposed Additional Free-Standing Monument Sign.
Tom, the Community Appearance Board reviewed the above referenced
project on February 12, 1992.
The following concerns were expressed by the Board regarding this
proposed project:
1. That the bank would allow an additional sign at the
proposed location and in such close proximity to their
existing free-standing pylon sign.
Motion to approve the proposed project as submitted:
Vote on the motion: 5-0 to approve.
Additional Board comments: None
Building Official comments: The proposed monument sign must be
located so as not to interfere with the visibility triangle at the
intersection of Bridge Road and U. S. Hwy. One.

Subject: Community Appearance Board Review.
Brokers III Realty Free—Standing Sign
101 Bridge Road, Tequesta
This letter is to confirm the action of the Village of Tequesta
Community Appearance Board at the February 12. 1992 meeting
approving the above referenced application as submitted, as
follows:
6' X 6' double face, internally illuminated, free
standing ground monument sign. Cabinet base is white
simulated stucco, cabinet is bronze with blue and gray
copy.
As you are aware, this proposed free—standing sign must go before
the Village Council for Site Plan Review and has been placed on
the agenda of the Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, February
20, 1992 beginning at 7: 00 P. M. in the. Village Hall, 357 Tequesta
Drive, Tequesta. You and/or your representative must be in
attendance at this meeting to present your application and answer
any questions the Council may have. If a representative is not
present, the Council will withhold action until a later date.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free
to contact me.

Barnett Bank is currently in negotiation with Brokers III_ Realty to
lease approximately 2, 000 square feet of space on the second floor
of our Tequesta office.
Please accept this letter as our authorization for Brokers III to
present their request for a sign and an awning, as shown in
Exhibits A & B, to the Tequesta Beautification Committee for
approval.

Subject: Conditional Variance Approval — Brokers III Realty, Inc.
101 Bridge Road, Tequesta
This letter is to confirm the action of the Village of Tequesta
Zoning Board of Adjustment at their January 20, 1992 Public
Hearing granting approval of the above referenced application for
a variance to the terms of the Official Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, to allow the construction- of
an additional free—standing sign located at the cornerlof the
property, in lieu of one free—standing sign allowed, located in
the middle one—third of the property fronting on a public street,
as required by the Zoning Ordinance. This approval is subject to
the free—standing sign being landscaped and no future application
for an additional wall sign will be allowed.
Please be advised that your proposed free—standing sign must be
reviewed by the Community Appearance Board and,' subsequent to
that, reviewed by the Village Council. As soon as we receive the
CAB application; submittals and review fee, we will schedule a
meeting of the Board. •
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process,
please feel free to contact the Department of Community
Development at 575-6220.
