Each year the Council meets to discuss the strategic priorities for the Village in the coming year. Staff is providing an update to the Strategic Initiatives for the 2023-24 year. This will help the Council determine future needs and direction. The 2024-2025 Strategic Planning Workshop will be held on March 26, 2024. Herbert Marlowe, Ph.D will be the facilitator for the Strategic Planning Workshop. The facilitator will be meeting with Council members individually before the workshop to understand the priorities for the upcoming year. Planning Process In the Village of Tequesta,staff's efforts are focused and intentional to meet expectations of the Strategic Plan. The Plan's pillars are the foundation for the initiatives and action items to allow us to be transparent about our goals,focused on efforts and accountable for our results. As reflected in the 2023-2024 plan,the Village has targeted meaningful projects that will continue to move the Village forward and benefit those who live,work and visit the Village of Tequesta. Developing a strategic plan is a critical process that requires careful analysis,collaboration,and a clear roadmap for the future. By following a systematic and inclusive planning process,the Village of Tequesta can develop a robust strategic plan that guides their actions and helps them achieve their long-term objectives while remaining agile and responsive to a dynamic business environment.
