Bradford, Village Manager DATE: August 30, 1991 SUBJECT: U.S. Highway One Median Beautification Project; Bid Award; Agenda Item Attached hereto, please find a copy of the landscape architect's recommendation regarding this project, the bid tabulation sheet for the project and a reduced copy of the landscape drawings previously approved by the Community Appearance Board. Bids were opened for this job on August 20, 1991 at 2:00 P.M. and the low bidder was Tuttle's Design-Build, Inc. in the amount of $45, 274, and the landscape architect has recommended award, of the bid to the same. Funding has been allocated within this year's budget to commence the work as well in the FY 1992 Capital Improvement Program to complete the same. This is an important Beautification Project for the Village and was originally recommended by the Planning Commission some years back. Based upon the foregoing, it is the recommendation of the Village Manager that the Village Council approve the Bid Award to Tuttle' s Design-Build, Inc. in the amount of $45, 274.
