Bradford, Village Manager FROM: Scott D. Ladd, Clerk of the Board °?," DATE: August 26, 1991 SUBJECT: Community Appearance Board Proiect Review PROJECT: Nozzle Nolen, Inc. 341 Old Dixie Hwy. South Proposed addition of a 900 square foot single story office building. Tom, The C. A. B. reviewed the above referenced project on August 14, 1991. The following concerns were expressed by the Board regarding this proposed proiect: 1. That no plantings were planned for the front of the building. Motion to approve the proposed project as submitted, with hopes that the Community Appearance Board will be pleasantly surprised with the landscaping after road construction is completed. Vote on the motion: 5-0 to approve. Additional Board comments: None Building Official comments: This proposed addition will allow Mr. Nolen to replace the building square footage that he recently lost with the Old Dixie road widening project. Due to the County, widening project which is ongoing at this time and its disturbance to his property, Mr. Nolen does not want to install any landscaping until such time as the Old Dixie widening is completed past his property. As part of this Site Plan Review, Mr. Nolen has submitted an application for waiver to the requirements of Ord. 377, the Landscape Code. It is my recommendation that if the Site Plan Review is approved, it be approved subject to Mr. Nolen submitting a full landscape plan, meeting the requirements of Ord. 377, to the Community Appearance Board for review and approval within 30 days after the completion of the Old Dixie Hwy. road widening project past his property. As you are aware, this proposed project must go before the Village Council for Site Flan Review and consideration of Landscape Waiver and will be placed on the agenda of the Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 4, 1991 beginning at 7: 00 P.
