SUBJECT: . Adoption of the Proposed Millage Rate, Computed
Rolled-Back Millage Rate and Date, Time and Place of
the First and Final Budget Hearings to Consider the
Proposed Millage Rate and Tentative Budgets; Agenda

These items appear on the Agenda in order to meet the
requirements of State Law pertaining to budget adoption
procedures. The proposed millage rate is 5.7515. The computed
rolled-back millage -rate is 5.3172. The date, time and place of
the first and final budget hearings to officially adopt the
millage rate and tentative budgets appear on the agenda and are
Wednesday, September 4 and Thursday, September 19, 1991. These
dates have been coordinated with the Palm Beach County
Commission Meetings and the Palm Beach County School Board
Meetings.
Staff recommends adoption of the items referenced herein.
