Ladd, Building Official "� DATE: May 31, 1991 SUBJECT: Proposal for Change in Zoning District Use and Land Use from R-1, Single Family Residential with a Land Use Designation of "Low Density" to R-2, Multiple Family Residential with a Land Use Designation of "Medium Density" Tom, attached are nine ( 9) sets of information packets regarding the above referenced subject matter. Mike Weiler has a contract to purchase pending on the finger shaped land at the corner of Teguesta Drive and Pine Tree Drive which is currently owned by the First United Presbyterian Church across the street. Mike would like to receive a Council consensus of opinion with regard to the feasibility of acceptance by the Village of this proposal before he closes on the property. His intention is to erect a ten ( 10) unit multi-family structure on the site if he can obtain a zoning use change. Please place this item under Development Matters at an upcoming Council meeting. His current contract to purchase extension runs out June 20, 1991. Mike is not looking for a formal approval at this time but before he makesa major investment in time and money pursuing this proposal , he wanted to get some sort of positive feel from the Council .
