Dear Skip:
In regard to the correspondence from Paul Alongi regarding the
above-referenced matter, please be advised that the level of water
restrictions implemented by the South Florida Water Management
District and enforced by the Village of Tequesta do not prevent
normal watering of plants as can be seen by reviewing the attached
Phase I Moderate Water Shortage Plan (where clipped) .
Should you wish to have Village Council approval to file suit in
this matter, we are prepared to place the same for consideration of
the Village Council at their meeting scheduled for June 6th. Let
me know by Friday, May 31 and provide me with any paper work you
wish to be submitted to the Village Council also by this same date.
Sincerely, -
Thomas G. Bradford

Our File No. 13153. 1
Dear Tom:
Please find enclosed copies of correspondence from Paul Alogni
regarding the above referenced matter. I had not received the
letter of February 21, so I was surprised to get it along with the
May 16th letter.
•
Whatever information you or Scott Ladd might have .in regard to the
allegation in the February 21 letter would be helpful. I am
prepared to simply rebut the fact that normal watering of the
plants was prevented and advise that we will file suit on the bond.
Any information which you may have to support that position will be
appreciated.
Sincerel

RE: Pantlin Assoc . /Village of Tequesta
Dear Mr. Randolph:
In reference to your recent letter of 2/6/91,
be _advised that we have interviewed our principal . -
Pantlin Associates totally dispute the claim on the
basis of the bank takeover and mandatory water conser-
vation measures which prevented normal watering and
maintenance contributing to attrition of the plants .
If you have any information which rebuts the
above, kindly forward tome .
Very truly yours,
PAUL ALONGI
