This will require a budgetary amendment of $3, 920 to accomplish the same. Please note, however, that the proposal is to provide monthly issues to Village residents with non-residents within the water system area receiving the Newsletter on a quarterly basis. To provide the Newsletter on monthly basis to non-residents would require additional funds. It is my recommendation that we utilize this proposed publication schedule. Accordingly, a resolution amending the General Fund budget to accomplish this new publication format commencing ,in May of this year, will he placed on the Village Council Agenda for the April 25th meeting. Should you have any questions concerning this proposal, please feel free to contact me. TGB/mk cc: Bill C. Kascavel:.s, Finance Director/Clerk, w/attach.
