February 14, 1991 a) A regularly scheduled meeting of the Village. Council was. held; 7:00 P.M. , Village Hall Council Chambers. b) Letter to Ms. Joann G. Seaway, Director of Christian Education, First United Presbyterian Church, granting permission for temporary signage for the Annual Strawberry Festival. c) Letter to Roger Buckwalter, Editorial Page Editor, The Courier Journal, regarding the Tequesta Library Editorial of February 13, 1991. 2. February 19, 1991 a) A Meeting of the Public Works Committee of the Village Council was held to discuss improvements to the right-of-way in front of Gallery Square South and the Lease Agreement between Jupiter-Tequesta Junior Citizens, Inc. and the Village of Tequesta; 9:00 A.M. , Village Hall Council Chambers. b) Memorandum to Gary Preston, Director of Public Works & Recreation, regarding improvements to the right-of-way in front of Gallery Square South. c) Memorandum to Gary Preston, Director of Public Works & Recreation, concerning the Lease Agreement between Jupiter-Tequesta Junior Citizens, Inc. and the Village of Tequesta. 3.
