1. January 2, 1991 a) Letter to Scott D. Ladd, Building Official,
regarding Eastwinds Landing. -
2. January 4, 1991 a) Letter to State Senator Eleanor Weinstock
regarding the Village of Tequesta Town
Center Master Plan and the Northern Palm
Beach County Water Control District.
3. January 8, 1991 a) Memorandum to Councilmember William E.
Burckart concerning the Burt Reynolds
Institute for Theater Training (BRITT) .
b) A regularly scheduled Department Head
Meeting was held; 9:30 A.M. , Village Hall
Council Chambers.
4. January 9, 1991 a) A regularly scheduled meeting of the
Community Appearance Board was held; 9:30

5. January 10, 1991 a) A regularly scheduled meeting of the

6. January 11, 1991 a) Letter to Paul Coben granting the Gallery
Square Association permission for temporary
signage for the Antique Car Show to be held
on January 19 at Gallery Square North.
b) Village Manager and Mayor Joseph N. Capretta
met with State Senator Eleanor Weinstock,
10:30 A.M. in her West Palm Beach office, to
discuss the Village of Tequesta Town Center
Master Plan and the Northern Palm Beach
County Water Control District.

regarding the Department of Natural

Juno Beach Chamber of Commerce Subcommittee
Meeting, 7:45 A.M. at. the Chamber Office;
subject for discussion: Site plan for
parcels A, B, and C of the Coast Guard
Property.
8. January 15, 1991 a) The Village of Tequesta Special Election was
held for the purpose of conducting a "Straw
Ballot Question" relating to Public Safety
services, as specified in Resolution No. 4-
90/91.

b) Letter to Diane M. Godown concerning the
Lighthouse Gallery League Gallery Showcase
Home fund-raising event.
c) Letter to John C. Randolph, Village
Attorney, requesting a draft Lease Agreement
for the County to lease that land which will
be donated to the Village by the Dorner
Trust for the Library, and also requesting
preparation, of a Recreational Impact Fee
Ordinance Amendment.
9. January 17, 1991 a) Village Manager attended the Palm Beach
County Legislative Delegation Meeting, 10:00 .
A.M. in North Palm Beach, with Pete
Pimentel, who was to request that the State
Legislation amend the Northern Palm Beach
County Water Control District boundaries to
include the Village of Tequesta Town Center
Master Plan .area.
b) Letter to Palm Beach County Commissioner
Karen T. Marcus regarding the Village of
Tequesta Proposed Annexation.
10. January 18, 1991 a) A proclamation designating January 18, 1991
as "Arbor Day in the Village of Tequesta"
was prepared in conjunction with "Arbor Day"
ceremonies scheduled for 3:30 P.M. at
Village Green Park.

Exhibits, Inc. , granting permission for
temporary signage for the Art & Craft
Exhibit to be held at Tequesta Plaza,
January 19-20, for the benefit of the

c) Memorandum to the Village Council requesting
authorization to purchase Property 512 for
Constitution Park; Agenda Item.
d) Memorandum to Village Council regarding
Resolution No. 6-90/91 authorizing filing of
the Urban Services Report with Palm Beach
County Board of County Commissioners.
