Bradford, Manager A, 01/4 s 79 Village of Tequesta Town Hall OgNq°C£ 9, /D Tequesta, Florida 33469 FF/CRS Dear Mr. Bradford: . rN On behalf of the Lighthouse Gallery Board of Directors and the Committee for the 28th Annual Art and Crafts Festival to be held on Sunday, November 17, 1991, I would like to make the following requests pertinent to this event: 1. Barricade 'Tequesta Drive from Venus Avenue West to Seabrook Road. 2. Use of the Gallery Square North Parking area for exhibitors and activities. 3 . Display banners on Tequesta Drive to advertize the Sunday Festival. The Village of Tequesta' s support of this project last year en- abled us to increase the attendance thereby making it an important community activity that was a very successful fund raiser for the Lighthouse Gallery. If permission is granted we agree to use the services of two Tequesta Police Officers for traffic control, furnish the Village of Tequesta with a certificate of liability for insurance cover- age and be responsible for clean-up. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, E. F e Schrecengost Executive Director Paul W. Coben, Festival _Chairman Evelyne A.
