DATE: August 8, 1991
SUBJECT: Loxahatchee River District Stormwater Utility
Management Advisory Committee; Appointment of
Tequesta Representative; Agenda Item
At the June 20th Village Council Meeting, the Village Council
indicated their desire for a citizen of Tequesta, with, preferably,
an engineering background, to be the Tequesta representative to the
Loxahatchee River District Stormwater Utility Management Advisory
Committee. Village staff solicited applications of such persons in
the July issue of the Village Newsletter. Six (6) expressions of
interest have been received. See attached letters and/or resumes
where applicable. A summary of those interested appears below:
Name Subdivision Education/Profession
Raymond H. Schauer Tequesta Pines Engineering
Glenn Kloiber Ridgewood Engineering
Bill Beirbower, Jr. • Tequesta Country Club Engineering
Joe Baker Tequesta Country Club Engineering & MBA
Dr. Ernest Kuonen Tequesta Pines Consulting Engineer
& General Contractor
Monica E. Ramirez Ridgewood M.S. in Natural

Dear Mr. Bradford:
It was a pleasure speaking to you regarding Tequesta representation on the subject
committee. As indicated in our conversation, I am very interested in serving on
this committee and I am forwarding my resume for consideration by the Village
Council for this position.
As outlined on my resume, I am an Engineer with over nineteen (19) years of
design and construction experience. I have been working in South Florida for over
five (5) years and am very familiar with the regulations and issues concerning
Stormwater Management
I believe that my experience in both the public and private sector and my past
community involvement make me uniquely qualified to serve Tequesta on this
committee.
I appreciate your consideration. Should you require any additional information,
please contact me at your convenience.
