Craig, PE, Director, Utilities Department J Date: March 30, 2024 b� Re: Utilities Department Monthly Report The Utilities Department monthly report for March is found below: Stormwater • MS4 NPDES Permit Year 7 Report and Annual Assessment o Annual permit submittal compiled, reviewed, signed, and submitted to Palm Beach County(PBC) o Annual assessment conducted by Mock Roos, reviewed by utilities director, submitted to PBC • FDEP Vulnerability Assessment Grant/ Project o Results of survey in process of updating into GIS system and integrated with the sensitivity analysis 0 2"d public meeting to be scheduled in a few months o Completion target October 2024 or before • Dover Ditch—Shared Protect with Town of Jupiter o Final design and permitting process ongoing o Video on the project by LRD includes consultant,Tequesta, and Jupiter Water • Water Treatment Plant Projects-projects are in ongoing stages for the water treatment plant o Radio/SCADA modifications—Revere is the prime contractor to upgrade the existing 900 MHz system to a 200 MHz system—project underway o Membrane replacement design for train#2—Dover Engineering— final bid docs under final review and setting bid date o Water Treatment Improvements—final modification of the plans underway; because all the permits have to be in place before the project is submitted to FDEP for the Request for Inclusion meeting, we are targeting the August FDEP meeting to bring the project • Water Main Protects and Distribution o WM#1 &#4—Tequesta Dr. and Country Club Dr. • Re-mobilization for hand digging began February 291n • Presence by CEI engineer(Holtz) and Village utilities team This document may be reproduced upon request in an alternative format by contacting the Village Clerk's Office at 561-768-0440 or by completing our accessibility form: https://bit.ly/3mnfeU4 Page 624 of 2231 Agenda Item #21. • Contractor has provided an updated schedule with a new substantial completion date of July 261h and original substantial completion date of Monday, July 61h • 1 asked for a "catch up" plan if possible (without jeopardizing safety, quality, etc)—they believe they can catch up at least a few days �Ilago of Te9uesla ��✓ ®3151edum,a urire.TnOucsta.FL 33469 r.
