The EAR-based comprehensive plan amendments are scheduled for submittal to the Department of Community Affairs by September 1, 1997. The Village of Tequesta feels that the Local Planning Agency and Village Council need the additional time for adequate review and input to the plan amendments. It would also ease the financial burden to complete this task if the Village of Tequesta could budget this over two fiscal years. Your favorable response to this request would be greatly appreciated.
