Water System Manager instructed to complete drought plan for Tequesta with appropriate restrictions in two weeks. 2 . Water System Manager directed to complete leak detection program for Intracoastal crossings in two weeks . 3 . Building Official directed to hold DRC Meeting to review procedures in two weeks . 4 . Building Official instructed to have Planner do review of VOT procedures and report on need for staff report and recommendation for site plan review, variance, landscape waiver, special exception, rezoning and to also establish deadline for this, annexation report and all other assignments to be provided to Planner. 9 5 .
