Oslund, Coor nator, Stormwater Utility & Capital Projects Date: April 15, 1997 Subject: Summary Table; Stormwater Management Program p The Permit for NPDES was issued and came into effect February 1, 1996 . This Permit is for a 5-year period and subject for renewal at that time. Enclosed, please find a spread sheet depicting the various events which must occur over this time period. As you can see, the requirements are staggered over the duration of the Permit, so each year another phase is added to the Permit. At the end of each year all permittees will be required to submit a report for the various activities. To ensure all activities are being complied with by the permittees, monthly meetings are held to discuss on-going problems, questions and to coordinate upcoming Permit requirements. Dry weather monitoring is on-going and will continue as required.
