Please find attached a request for refund of certain impact fees as provided for in Village
of Tequesta Resolution No. 3-95/96. Per the requirement of the Resolution, the
applicant has provided the required recreation/open space for the inhabitants which, for
single family homes, is the required yard and open space.
Please place this item on the agenda of the June 12, 1997 Village Council meeting for
approval. Thank you.
