Item 3B Hourly fee x personnel factor of 2.3

An estimate of reimbursable expenses was also requested. We estimate these

of the total Professional fee. It should be emphasized that this estimate is for
budget purposes only and should not be considered a guaranteed amount.
You had also requested that we amend the Project Scope Description to include
limited exterior facade improvements that would also be made to the existing
Village Annex Building. The latest construction cost estimate (March 7, 1997,
Scheme B-1 ) included these improvements, although.it was inadvertently omitted
from the Project Scope Description.
