The Village Council has completed the ranking of the Village
Council submitted priorities, pursuant to the process for
establishing such priorities. The top five priorities as
established by the Village Council are as follows: ,

Fire, and how we are going to pay for it.

As you can see, a number of items were tied in their importance to
th- Village Council. Therefore, the Village Council must clarify
which items are to be the top five. As a suggestion, you might

wish to consider merging priority No. 2, pertaining to the reverse
osmosis facility, with Priority No. 3, the Jupiter Water lawsuit,
since they are interrelated. This will give you three solid
priorities, with Numbers 4 and 5 to be chosen from those currently
listed as Number 4 .
Once the Village Council establishes the Village Council Priorities
by the adoption of a motion, staff will proceed to address the
same. Monthly status reports will be provided to the Village
Council.
The establishment of Village Council Priorities does not mean that
other issues will not be addressed during the course of the next
year, but rather that the focus of the Village Council and staff
for the immediate future will be on those issues established by the
Village Council.
