Based on recent Community Appearance Board meetings, we have not been able to gain approval on the building appearance. We hereby request the Village Council to approve our building plans based on the twenty (20) sets of building elevation views and color renderings which • Donahue & Company, Inc., will deliver to your office. Tom, attached are eighteen [18] sets of packets and plans for the above subject appeal . Included within this packet is a copy of the code section [Sec . 7-4 . {c} ] which outlines the appeal process . The draft Community Appearence Board meeting minutes from February 28, 1996 are not available at this time, but we hope to have them prior to the March 7 , 1996 Village Council meeting . Please place this item on the March 7 , 1996 Council agenda under Development Matters . Thank You. 4 7-3 TEQUESTA CODE ; 7-4 4 7-4 COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD i 7-4 If any application is disapproved, the community ap- ance board, affirm it with modifications or reverse it.
