Bradford, Village Manager7" Date: November 22, 1995 Subject: Consideration of Appointment to the Board of Adjustment; Agenda Item The terms of Board of Adjustment Members Wayne Shindoll and Ken Northamer are scheduled to expire on December 31, 1995. Although Mr. Northamer has indicated that he must resign, Mr. Shindoll desires to continue serving in this important capacity. The current membership of the Board of Adjustment is as follows: REGULAR MEMBERS SUBDIVISION TERM EXPIRATION 1) Kenneth Northamer Country Club Point 12/31/95' 2) Raymond H. Schauer Tequesta Pines 12/31/96 3) Susan Brennan Tequesta Country Club 04/15/97 4) Wayne Shindoll Jupiter in the Pines "B" 12/31/95 5) Betty Coyle Beach Road 12/31/97 ALTERNATE MEMBERS • SUBDIVISION ' TERM EXPIRATION 1) Unfilled 2) Unfilled It is recommended that the Village Council reappoint Wayne Shindoll as a Regular Member to the Board of Adjustment, with term expiring on December 31, 1998. The Village has one current Board of Adjustment application on file from Alexander W. "Alec" Cameron and, therefore, it is recommended that he be appointed as a Regular Member, with said term expiring on 12/14/98. The Board of Adjustment is in need of two Alternate Members. Ladd, Building Official Villa;a Mara:er's Office Date: November 30, 1995 Subject: Board of Adjustment Appointment Tom, the terms of Board of Adjustment members Ken Northamer and Wayne Shindoll will expire on 12-31-95. Mr. Shindoll has expressed a desire to continue to serve on the Board for an additional 3 year term. Regretably, Mr. Northamer has declined. Please place this item on the agenda of the December 14, 1995 Council meeting for consideration. In addition to the regular Board Members, two additional members, to be designated as Alternate No. 1 and Alternate No. 2, shall be appointed to serve in that order at meetings of the Board when necessary for any reason and to have at all times three voting members on said Board as a quorum. Alternate members shall be appointed for two year terms. Members of the Board may be removed from office by the Village Council upon written charges and after public hearing. 1.
