Informed Finance Director of SB 2090, requiring Finance Officers to establish written system of internal controls and operational procedures by 1/1/96 . 2 . Reminded Finance Director of Investment Policy for November 9 , 1995, Village Council Meeting. 3 . Discussion with Police Chief regarding review of site plan property every two years by Code Enforcement Officer. 4 . Instructed Department Heads to issue P .O. ' s for all Pre-Approved Tuition Reimbursements . 5 . Expressed concern to Police Chief and Director of Public Works about internal reporting of code enforcement and public works problems . 6 . Informed Department Heads of Evaluation Form amendment to indicate vacation and sick-leave accruals . 7 . Discussed with the Building Official the hiring of a planner in the Department of Community Development. 8 . Requested the Director of Public Works to prepare a 5-7 year paving plan. 9 . Requested Village Clerk and Building Official to issue a Notice of Impact Fee Waiver. 10 . Reminded Water System Manager that 3% COLA was not applicable to Plant Operator Trainee. 11 . Director of Public Works advised of attendance at Workshop on Pest Control . 12 . Instructed Water System. Manager to determine rate action needed for Town of Jupiter rates . 13 .
