Subject: Consideration of Appointment to the Board of
Adjustment; Agenda Item
As you know, Ed Nelson resigned from the Board of Adjustment on September 19,
1995. The current membership of the Board of Adjustment is as follows:
REGULAR MEMBERS SUBDIVISION TERM EXPIRATION
1) Kenneth Northamer Country Club Point 12/31/95
2) Raymond H. Schauer Tequesta Pines 12/31/96
3) Susan Brennan Tequesta Country Club 04/15/97
4) Wayne Shind011 Jupiter in the Pines "B" 12/31/95
ALTERNATE MEMBERS SUBDIVISION ' TERM EXPIRATION
1) Betty Coyle Beach Road 12/31/95
As you can see from the attached correspondence from the Department of
Community Development, Alternate Member Mrs. Coyle has indicated a
willingness to serve as a Regular Member of the Board of Adjustment. Therefore,
it is recommended that Mrs. Coyle be appointed as a Regular Member to the Board
of Adjustment, filling the unexpired term of Mr. Nelson, expiring on December 31,
1997.

Tom, alternate Board member Betty Coyle was contacted and has expressed a desire to
fill the remaining term of Ed Nelson who has resigned. This 3 year term will expire on
12-31-97.
Please place this item on the agenda of the November 9, 1995 Council meeting for
consideration.
