Recycled Paper • Attended a Cypress Drive Drainage Project Planning Meeting at • 1 : 30 P.M. in the Town of Jupiter Town Hall. -■ Attended the Village Council Meeting at 7 :00 P.M. on September 28. • Attended a Meeting with Representative Tom Warner and Mayor Mackail Regarding Special Legislation for Annexation of Unincorporated Enclaves at 9 :00 A.M. on October 2 . • A Staff Meeting was held on October 3 wherein the following items were discussed: 1. The Chief of Police was requested to contact Bonded Lightning for a quote for the Village Hall Facility. 2 . The Water System Manager was requested to give a status report regarding the Tequesta Reverse Osmosis Project. 3 . The Director of Public. Works was requested to give a ' status report on the capital buydowns approved by the Village Council in Summer of 1995 . 4 . A review with all Department Heads of employees eligible for. COLA was undertaken.- — - 5. The Director of Public Works was requested. to initiate stormwater utility actions immediately and to complete the same by April 1, 1996 . 6 . All Department Heads were reminded to submit their Monthly Village Council Status Reports for October, 1995. 7 . Director of Public Works inquired about Village abandonment of alley at Magyar property. 8. Discussion with Water System Manager on replacement of Riverside Drive water main was undertaken. 9 . Director of Public Works reviewed position of Country Club on Country Club Drive streetlights. 10. Chief of Police sought permission to proceed with flu shot arrangements . 11 . Water System Manager sought status of master plan for Village Hall. 12 . Village Clerk sought direction on Village Hall and ADA. 13 . Village Clerk distributed master plan and memo for Department Head comments. • • Attended the Redevelopment Committee Meeting at 9 :00 A.M. on October 4. • Attended Jupiter Town Council Meeting on October 3 Regarding First Reading of Rate Ordinance. • Letter to Peter Holton, Esq. , Regarding Country Club Drive Declaration of Restrictive Covenants. • Letter to R. Mason Simpson Regarding Tequesta Development Procedures .
