Dalton, P.E . , Regarding Conditional Offer of Employment. • Letter to Village Attorney Regarding Proposed Agreement with JLH Associates . 1 • Met with Hobe Sound Water Company Officials regarding Regional Water Supply Needs on September 11 . I ® Met with the Village Attorney to Map Out Water Strategy in Town of Jupiter Rate Hearing Matter on September 11 . m Attended the Village Council Meeting on September 1,4 at 7 : 00 P .M. • Attended the Joint Meeting with the Palm Beach County School Board, Town of Jupiter Town Council and Village Council at 4 : 00 P.M. on September 18 . ® Attended the Council of Governments Meeting at 7 : 301P .M. on September 18 . ® A Staff Meeting was held on September 19 wherein the following items were discussed: Recycled Paper 4 k r i II 1 . Reviewed the need for resident sign-off for proposed Country Club Drive Streetlight Project with the Director of Public Works . 2 . Water System Manager questioned about budgetary impact due to water rate dispute with Town of Jupiter. 3 . Ways and means to improve communication between all Department Heads were discussed to avoid staff disagreements and unknown staff concerns arising at Village Council Meetings . I 4 . The Director of Public Works was requested to update the Village Manager on the status of Ordinance #377 improvements at Village Hall . 5 . The Building Official was advised as to the appropriate party for undertaking employee pre-employment physical examinations . 6 . The Director of Public Works & Recreation was questioned about the State of Florida intentions regarding the Village of Tequesta at Tequesta Park. 7 . Water System Manager advised that he had completed the requested graph on water costs . 8 . The Fire Chief inquired as to any employee problems encountered with new health insurance administrator. 9 . Director of Public Works indicated that the Tequesta Drive Pathway Overlay Project was delayed duel to rainstorms and anticipated contacting contractor within, the week. 10 . Water System Manager advised that he would hare five Village Council items for the September 28 Village Council Meeting. 11 . Water System Manager inquired as to whether or not Village was giving COLA or bonus for Fiscal Year 96 . 12 . Water System Manager reviewed statistics concerning mark-up of Jupiter retail water sales . 13 . The Village Clerk indicated that she had received recorded Deed to JTJC Property. I ' I 9 Af • Met with Faye Winters of the Bureau of Land Management on September 19 to discuss status of Coast Guard property activity plan, specifically related to resource assessment land management recommendations . • Conference, call with Village Attorney' s Office tolstrate.gize gameplan on Jupiter water rate issue on September 121 . • Met with the officials, attorneys and consultants at the Town of Jupiter regarding settlement negotiations on proposed Jupiter rates at 9 : 30 A.M. , September 22 . • Memorandum to Building Official Regarding Board of; Adjustment Regular Member Appointment. • Letter to Paul Brienza Regarding Appointment as Regular Member to the Code Enforcement Board. ® Letter to Mark Hartman Regarding Appointment as Regular Member to the Code Enforcement Board. o Letter to Edwin J.
