NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Proclaimed By the Village Council assembled in regular session this the 12th day of August, 2003, that the month of September is hereby proclaimed Literacy Awareness Month. All citizens interested in acquiring services or information regarding literacy are urged to contact The Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Mayor and the Village Council that this Proclamation shall be presented to the Palm Beach Literacy Coalition..
