➢ New Apparatus delivery dates
o Build time on New Rescues projected to be 24-30 months. We
should consider discussing at Work Shop.
o New Rescue currently budgeted for in FY 26
➢ BLM Prescribed Burn has been ppd. until next winter.

Water Rescue Training
Our Water Rescue Team hosted Dive Rescue International for training on the REDS system.
This system is used by rescue divers to perform self-rescue during emergency situations.
Firefighters from around the state enjoyed the class.

Palm Beach State College Engine Operations class
Tecluesta Firefighters hosted Palm Beach State College for an Engine Operations class. Our
firefighters worked on Engine skills such as hose line management, water supply and search
and rescue etc.

Operation Safe Start
Every year Tequesta Fire Rescue teams up with the Tequesta Police Department for "Operation
Safe Start". Our units mark bus stops during the first few days of school and speak with
students and parents about bus stop safety.
