Subject: Consideration of Reappointment of Alternate Member to the
Community Appearance Board; Agenda Item
The term of Community Appearance Board Member Molly McCormick will expire on
April 12, 2000. The Department of Community Development advises that Mrs.
McCormick has indicated a willingness to continue serving in this capacity. The
membership of the Community Appearance Board is as follows:

Subject: Community Appearance Board Term Expiration
The term of Community Appearance Board alternate member Molly McCormick will
expire on 4-12-00. Mrs. McCormick has been contacted and expressed a desire to
continue to serve on the Board for an additional one year term. As you are aware, this
Board is still short one alternate member since Sharon Walker vacated her seat.
Please place this item on the agenda of an upcoming Council meeting for
consideration. Thank you.
