Meeting was called to order at 9:55 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the April 27,
2000 hearing as submitted.

The Respondent, Dana M. Anderson, was present at the hearing. Code
Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to the repeat violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in repeat violation of Appendix A,
Section X, (L) (3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that a fine of fifty dollars($50.00)shall
be assessed. This fine is to be paid by June 14, 2000. If Respondent repeats
violation of Appendix A, Section X, (L)(3), then a fine of one hundred dollars
($100.00) shall be imposed.

The Respondent, Andrew E. Armour, was present at the hearing, and testified
that the dogs escaped while workmen were about the house. Code Enforcement
Officer Sgt. lrovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 4, Sec. 4-,
13, Page No. 259 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.

Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Andrew E. and
Monica I. Armour, shall comply with Chapter 4, Sec. 4-, 13, Page No. 259 of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 19th day of May, 2000.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day per dog shall be assessed for each day the violation continues
to exist.

this hearing.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that this hearing shall be continued on
the 15th day of June, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council
Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, when the property
owner has been properly noticed.

The Respondent, Mystic Life Church, was represented by their attorney, Jack
Bowen. Mr. Norman Burg was not present at the hearing, however, there was
a finding of proper notice. The Special Master has amended the style of this
matter to include Respondent, Norman Burg.
Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to and produced photographs

of the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section
XII, (C)(1), Page No. 1197, and Appendix A, Section VII, Page No. 1138 of the
Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Religious Science
of the Palm Beaches/Mystic Life Church/Norman Burg, Jr., shall comply with
Appendix A, Section XII, (C)(1), Page no. 1197, and Appendix A, Section VII,
Page No. 1138.1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 1st
day of June, 2000. If respondents do not comply within the time specified,a Fine
Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 15th day of
June, 2000, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning
compliance, either party may request a hearing before the Special Master on the
issue of compliance only.

the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Lynne Aquino, shall
comply with Chapter 4, Sec. 4-7, Pages 257, 258, of the Code of Ordinances of
the Village of Tequesta by the 19th day of May, 2000. If Respondent does not
comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be
assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
