We are supplying the same generator set package as shown in Addendum No. 2 dated August 01, 2024. • Suburban Propane will be our sub-contractor to supply & install the (2)1000gal underground propane tanks. They will also be contracted to install & plumb all the necessary fuel piping, regulator, etc. • We are proposing to install a Thomson TS870 series Service Entrance rated automatic transfer switch rated 600A. Installation will be near the Utility Transformer. • The ATS will be between the Utility Transformer and the 600A MDP. This will allow the Generator Set system to back-up 100% of the service. • The proposed Generator Set location will be at the parking lot about 40ft from the electrical/mechanical room. The exhaust discharge will be in the same location as the radiator air discharge and will be in a vertical air discharge direction. • The ATS is currently estimated at 18-20 weeks lead time after approved submittals. The generator is about 8-10 weeks lead time after approved submittals. Engineering & permitting can begin after receipt of purchase order. To start construction, we will need the ATS to be delivered. We will be needing about 60days to completion after construction begins. Overall expectations is 8-9months after purchase order, approved submittal, & approved permits. • Our Electrical Engineer will ensure electrical compliance. • Our BID proposal includes a proposed layout drawing showing the Generator Set, LP Tanks, and ATS locations.
