MARCH 23, 2000
PRESENT: Special Master Paulette Torcivia; Code Enforcement Officer Police Sgt.John
Irovando; Recording Secretary Betty Laur.
Meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
A. Code Enforcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the
February 24, 2000 hearing as submitted.

The Respondents, John A. Zedaker and Barbara Rettig, were present at the
hearing.
Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section
X (L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, John A. Zedaker
and Barbara Rettig, shall comply with Appendix A, Section X(L)(2) , of the Code
of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 25th day of March, 2000. If
Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a
hearing before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.

The Respondent, Patricia N. Hartley, was present at the hearing.
Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Appendix A, Section
X (L)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Charles J. and
Patricia N. Hartley, shall comply with Appendix A, Section X(L)(30 , of the Code
of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 25th day of March, 2000. If
Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars
($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a

Conclusion of law was that Respondent is in violation of Chapter 4, Article I,
Sections 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Lee H. Garlington

Trust, shall comply with Chapter 4, Section 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the

portions, was continuing to maintain the hedge, and that Respondent was in full
compliance.
