The Village of Tequesta has received the attached application from Ronald R. Poirier who has indicated a willingness to serve as an Alternate Member. Poirier to serve as an Alternate Member to the Board of Adjustment, with said 2-year term expiring on February 10, 2002. Attachment amipro/files/clerk/mbrtable VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA APPLICATION FOR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT(BOA) The BOA reviews applications for a variance to the Tequesta Zoning Code for all residential properties. The BOA shall consist of five regular members appointed by the Village Council who shall serve without compensation and for a term of three years. In addition to the regular BOA members,two additional members,to be designated as Alternate No. 1 and Alternate No. 2, shall be appointed to serve in that order at meetings of the BOA when necessar for any reason and to have at all times three voting members on said BOA as a quorum.
