The Utilities Department monthly report is found below:
Stormwater
• Dover Ditch—Shared Project with Town of Jupiter
o USFWS— US Fish and Wildlife Service permit still on the time clock
o Expect to bid out the project in the second quarter of 2025
• Vulnerability Assessment and Grant
o ALL required documentation for reimbursement of$145,000 by the grant has been
submitted and accepted by FDEP

• Water Treatment Plant Projects- projects are in ongoing stages for the water treatment plant
o Water Treatment Improvements—process, SCADA, efficiency improvements—still waiting for
fully executed agreement with FDEP before bidding
o 100% plans, specs, permits are complete for the entire list of improvements as a part of the
project
o FDEP SRF loan agreement was signed by the Village and submitted to FDEP for their
signature-$5,745,000
o The total cost of the project is estimated to be$6,530,000
o The difference of$785,000 we recommend paying out of reserves
• WM#2 Beach Rd Phase 2
o Project was funded at the February 12, 2025, Florida Department of Environmental
Protection (FDEP) quarterly meeting for state revolving fund loans
o Loan based on FDEP having funding and our "request for inclusion," facilities plan, and
business plan
o Project has been delayed due to lack of funding or FDEP meetings over the last year
o Once we have a fully executed loan agreement in place we can bid the project
o We are filling out the loan agreement document for approval
• WM#1—Tequesta Dr. and Country Club Dr. —COMPLETED
o Punchlist completed and final pay application under review by the engineer of record and
the Village
o Milling and overlay restoration will be done 4 _
through the Public Works contract after our
project is closed out

• Martin County—County Line Road Bridge Replacement Project—Tequesta Utilities Department is
relocating two existing water mains before Martin County starts the project
o LRECD recommended awarding the project to Accurate Drilling Systems, Inc., in the total
amount of$1,308,000 with a contingency amount of$131,000—approved at their board
meeting
