Re:Letter of Support for 354 Riverside Drive
Dear Board Members:
We reside at 358 W Riverside Drive,immediately to the north of the Swanks'property.
We have reviewed the plans for the proposed dock to be installed at 354 Riverside Drive,and
support approval of the variances requested by the Swanks needed to construct the proposed
dock.The variances requested by the Swanks are supported by the unique circumstances
involved.The proposed dock will aid in the protection of seagrass beds near the shore and will
provide the Swanks with relief from the shoaling caused by the drainage canal,which is out of
the Swanks'control.We believe the Swanks should be able to enjoy their waterfront property
and have relief from the shoaling.Allowing the Swanks to construct the proposed dock as shown
in the plans will not affect our property or the community.The proposed dock will not interfere
with the neighbors or their enjoyment of the water.

I own the property next door to the Swanks at 320 W Riverside Drive.
I have reviewed the plans for the proposed dock to be installed at 354 Riverside Drive, and I
support the variances requested by the Swanks needed to construct the proposed dock because of
their unique circumstances. The proposed dock will not have any adverse effect on neighbors or
the community. In fact,the proposed dock will aid in the protection of seagrass beds near shore. I
believe the Swanks should be able to enjoy their waterfront property and have relief from the
shoaling caused by the drainage canal,and the proposed dock will not interfere with anyone's
enjoyment of the water.
