Village of Tequesta April 25, 2025

Tequesta, FL 33469
Dear Village Manager,
On behalf of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum, I respectfully request approval to utilize the banner frames
located along U.S. Highway 1 within the Village of Tequesta to promote our annual fundraising event, currently titled
Rendezvous at the Light, taking place on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
We are requesting to display our banner for a 30-day period prior to the event, beginning approximately October
23, 2025, and concluding the day after the event. The banner will be professionally printed, meet all Village
specifications, and installed and removed in accordance with the Village's requirements. We understand that the
event name is subject to change as planning continues and will ensure any final banner artwork is submitted for
review prior to installation.
Rendezvous at the Light is our signature fundraiser that brings together community members, donors, and partners
for an elegant evening under the stars. The event features live music, catered cuisine, and silent auction on the
historic grounds of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. Proceeds from Rendezvous directly support the museum's mission
to preserve our historic site and provide educational programming to residents and visitors of all ages.
Should the Village's own events, such as the Tequesta Chili Cook-Off, require priority access to the banner frames,
we are more than willing to adjust our display period to accommodate those needs.
We would be honored to share this occasion with the local community and deeply appreciate the Village's
consideration in helping us promote it.
Please let me know if any forms, design proofs, or additional documentation are required to complete this request.
Thank you for your support and continued partnership.
Sincerely,
Katrina Heller
