Discussion on Mobility Plan Update
In January 2025 Kittleson & Associates commenced on a Mobility Plan study. The Mobility Plan will guide
future urban design, streetscape, and mobility related improvements throughout the Village. Kittleson have
done a thorough review of data, existing conditions, and existing Village plans. The consulting team and
Village staff have also done citizen outreach to help determine the priorities of the plan. Over 100 residents
provided input to the consulting team at the March Trucks and Tunes event at Constitution Park. Additionally,
the project's online interactive map where residents can provide feedback has received roughly 50 location

One of the key elements of the final plan, will be the identification of ten priority projects. These will not be the
only projects identified in the plan, but they will have more detailed analysis than any other projects. Kittleson
will be developing renderings, estimates of probable cost, and cut sheets for each of the ten projects. Kittleson
has developed a preliminary list of ten priority projects and seventeen additional projects. A survey has been
created that enables residents to rank the projects based on their level of importance. The survey can be found
here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TeguestaMobiIityPian. Kittleson will provide a detailed
presentation of their findings thus far and the results of the project survey and solicit feedback from the Council
on the ten priority projects and then include those in a final draft report which will be presented to Council for
adoption at a future meeting.
