SCADA provides water treatment plant operators the ability to control the water treatment process from raw well water to finished water distribution. This control system is very complex and requires continuous updates and maintenance. The UD has a planned project to convert the current SCADA operating system to a more reliable and modern system with a user-friendly interface. Preparing for this conversion will require various support services to ensure that all systems continue to function as required and the transition to the new system is successful. Wright-Pierce, Inc. has a master agreement with the Village through the Consultant's Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), FS287.055, approved on September 10, 2020. The CCNA requires public agencies to select professional service firms based on qualifications. Please see the attached scope of services for more details.
