Buck CODE ENFORCEMENT ORDER TOWN OF JUPITER INLET COLONY, FLORIDA TOWN OF JUPITER INLET COLONY, FLORIDA Case No. JIC-25-23-CE Petitioner, V. WILLIAM H. BUCK,AS TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN C. BUCK TRUST U/A DATED DECEMBER 6, 1988, F/B/O CHAMPLIN F. BUCK, III, Respondent ORDER FINDING VIOLATION AND NOTICE OF HEARING RE: Violations of Section 9-11 of the Town Code and Sections 304.1 and 304.2, of the International Property Maintenance Code Address: 210 Colony Road Jupiter Inlet Colony, Florida 33469 Legal Description: Lot 210, JUPITER INLET BEACH COLONY, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, page 139 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida. The Special Magistrate appointed by the Town Commission to hear the code enforcement cases for the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at a Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing held on the 1lth day of June, 2025, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Respondent is the owner of the above-described property. Respondent did not attend the hearing and there was a finding of proper notice. 2. Jaqueline Milo, Code Compliance Officer, provided testimony and evidence on behalf of the Town. 3. The roof on the house at the property is discolored, weathered, has evidence of deterioration and is in need of being cleaned. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based on the above-stated facts, Respondent is in violation of Section 9-11 of the Town Code and Section 304.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code. ORDER IT IS THE ORDER of the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate that Respondent shall comply with the above-reference Code Sections by July 2, 2025. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars per day may be imposed for each day the violation continues to exist. Upon complying in any code enforcement matter, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to contact the Code Enforcement Department at(561)701-3276 to request a re-inspection of the property. NOTICE OF HEARING In the event Respondent does not fully comply with the Town's Code of Ordinances within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing shall be held before the Special Magistrate on July 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Town of Tequesta Town Hall, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33461 to detennine whether Respondent continues to be in violation of the above-referenced Code sections and to consider the assessment of a fine.
