Please find attached invoices from The Experts for audio/visual equipment and labor for the Tequesta
Recreation Center. We request to pay these invoices, totaling $58,895.20, out of GL account 303-231-663.600.
The Recreation Center experienced unexpected IT challenges, such as this part of the construction was severely
delayed due to parts availability due to COVID from a couple of OEM's,primarily Crestron.

SUBJECT: The Experts Invoices
Please find attached invoices from The Experts for audio/visual equipment and labor for the
Tequesta Recreation Center. We request to pay these invoices, totaling $58,895.20, out of GL
account 303-231-663.600. The Recreation Center experienced unexpected IT challenges, such
as this part of the construction was severely delayed due to parts availability due to COVID from
a couple of OEM's,primarily Crestron. This created an enormous backlog which went to their
larger clients on first availability. The equipment was eventually received over a year late.
