We are in agreement with all your requests with the exception of the rates for our CAD designers and administrative assistants. The suggested rates would not cover the rates that we are paying for our current employees, which we believe to be fair in today's market. Also, our administrative assistants work at a level beyond pure document processing. Consistent with the requirements of Florida Statutes §287.055, also known as the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the Committee conducted negotiations following the cone of silence provisions and in accordance with statutory procedures to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance.
