Instructions:
1. Complete comment card. Be sure to include the agenda item number, if appropriate.
2. Submit to the Village Clerk as early as possible (Clerk is at the dais).
3. When your name is called, approach the podium, provide your name and address for the record.
4. You have three (3) minutes in which to address the Village Council.
5. Any person making impertinent or slanderous remarks or who becomes boisterous while addressing
Council shall be barred from further audience before Council by the presiding officer, unless permission
to continue or again address Council is granted by the majority vote of the Council Members present.
